Laway Arts is a platform in which Macebo Mavuso from South Africa and Toke van Oorsouw from the Netherlands realise theatre projects in South Africa and the Netherlands for almost ten years.

The name Laway Arts is a combination of Xhosa and English and means flexibility -my way, your way, this way and that way. The work has been funded by NCDO, Prince Claus Fund, HIVOS, NOVIB, Dutch Embassy in South Africa, National Arts Council South Africa. Provincie Groningen and Gemeente Eemsmond.
